		<description>If your Yahoo! ID is based in Singapore, Germany, Hong Kong or Korea (mine is not, btw.), you will only be able to view safe content based on your local Terms of Service, and therefore wonâ€™t be able to turn off SafeSearch.

In other words, German users can&#039;t access photos on flickr that are not flagged &quot;safe&quot; ... only flowers and landscapes for the Germans ...

I actually already noticed in the past that American Internet users have more rights than Germans - just an example are the different in rules on eBay. Seems censorship on Flickr is another step.</description>
